As a result of the investigation opened to examine his behavior, in accordance with the Board’s decision dated 28.10.2021 and numbered 21-53/747-360; It has been decided to impose an administrative fine of 142,469,772.07 TL, approximately 1.8% of our company’s annual gross income, which is determined by the Board at the end of the 2020 fiscal year. With the said decision, none of the issues raised against our company are accepted by our company, and our legal rights will be used in due time, and we will apply to the court for the annulment of the decision.
