Zimperium, one of these companies, announced in its latest report that dozens of mobile applications that seem normal at first, but that, in addition to capturing user data in the background, unannounced subscription to premium services, have been removed from the Google Play Store. On the other hand, it was stated that the applications in question are installed on millions of devices.
These apps have been removed from the Google Play Store as of now. However, it is worth noting that the danger still exists for users who have previously installed applications on their devices and preferred third-party stores.
