Amazon is entering into a major cooperation with Saudi Arabia

The infrastructure construction, which the authorities predict will be completed by the end of 2026, is also expected to add great dynamism to the region. It is said that Amazon, which has made a recent breakthrough especially in the field of cloud computing, will establish data infrastructure in many more places.

In his statement on the subject, Prasad Kalyanaraman, one of AWS’s senior managers, claimed that the new generation technologies they introduced will increase efficiency in numerous areas, from smart storage to artificial intelligence.

In addition, Kalyanaraman underlined that their investment will greatly increase education and job opportunities in the country, and said that they will establish special structures called Innovation Centers in the Middle East region. These structures are expected to accommodate the latest generation technologies. With the Amazon Academy to be established in Saudi Arabia, more than 30 thousand Saudi citizens will receive cloud computing training free of charge.
