Dusseldorf Because of a warning strike on Monday, 198 take-offs and landings were canceled at Düsseldorf Airport. It is about the status of Sunday noon, said a spokesman. 21 flights would also be diverted to other airports. Seven more were postponed to Tuesday. There should actually be 330 flight movements on Monday.

The Verdi and Komba unions have called for a warning strike at the airport. The background to this is the negotiations for employees in the public sector at the federal and municipal level, as well as the nationwide negotiations for employees in aviation security. There are also said to be warning strikes at Cologne/Bonn Airport.
