According to On-Chain Data, Alameda Research’s Cryptocurrency Wallets Are Emptying!

Funds appear to have been exported from Alameda Research wallets and millions of tokens were forwarded to a single address this morning.

About $30 Million In Cryptocurrency Transferred From Alameda Research Accounts To An External Wallet

According to the records on the block explorer Etherscan, 9.8 million transactions were made to the wallet as of 13:45 Turkey time. wrapped XRP (about $3.6 million), approximately 6.8 million render token (about $3.4 million), approximately 3.4 million xSUSHI (approximately $5.3 million) and 100 million BitDAO token (approximately $30 million).

The moves from Alameda wallets followed funds transferred out of FTX itself. On Friday, more than $400 million was transferred to a single wallet address.

The wallet had emptied its FTX accounts, obtained various token types worth tens of millions of dollars, and started selling the tokens it had bought from FTX.

Ryne Miller, general counsel of FTX, recently said:

“He said he is investigating anomalies in wallet movements related to consolidation of FTX balances between exchanges, other movements are not clear. We will share more information as soon as we get it.”
