Dusseldorf, Frankfurt The talks are in full swing: the Lufthansa management wants to finally resolve the collective bargaining dispute that has been smoldering for many months with the pilots of the Lufthansa core brand and Lufthansa Cargo. If this is not achieved by the end of June, there is a risk of a strike.

It’s about a lot of money. Lufthansa’s current offer provides for an average increase in fees of around 18.5 percent. This includes the two salary increases from the past year. Lufthansa had granted the cockpit crews 490 euros per month despite the wage round that was still ongoing.
