Dusseldorf Most employees spend a large part of the week at work – and thus also in daily exchange with colleagues. Conflicts can arise again and again, after all, very different characters often meet.
But how do conflicts between colleagues arise in the first place? And how can conflicts in the workplace be defused in such a way that interpersonal relationships are not damaged?

“When the emotions are at the top, the intelligence is at the bottom,” explains Rebekka Ilgner. Regardless of the constellation in life: As soon as conflicts arise, feelings are usually involved – this also applies in the workplace.
