55 Million Dollars in Sales from Doğan Holding: Shares on the Rise!

In a statement sent to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Doğan Holding stated that a total of 171,161,612,438 shares, 82.29 percent of Milpa’s paid-in capital, will be sold to Re-Pie Portfolio Management Secondary Venture Capital Investment Fund. The company stated that the sale price is $55 million in total and that other conditions agreed on the share transfer agreement will be fulfilled.

Shares of Doğan Holding, traded on Borsa Istanbul with the code DOHOL, started the new day with a rise after the company’s announcement.
