0: 3 at Viktoria Cologne: Erzgebirge Aue loses game and shock | Sports

Nothing to get for Aue at Viktoria Köln!

FC Erzgebirge has a series – the 0:3 at the Rhinelanders is the fourth game in a row without a win. Aue only scored two points, which “consolidated” the last place in the table after the eighth defeat of the season.

Aue loses the game in the last half hour: In the 62nd minute Sam Schreck sees red, then André Becker (73.), Patrick Koronkiewicz (75./penalty) and Kevin Lankford (90.+1) score for Viktoria.

“I hate this topic” Suddenly the mood changes at Klopp!

Aue offensive? There is not much, because no structured attack lectures succeed. Marvin Stefaniak as the tug of the ball, as a passer and as the final actor (7th) – too much in the FCE game is about individual moments instead of worked out patterns.

Ouch defensive! This is once again Martin Männel the man who tames the dangers. The goalkeeper must be wide awake against Becker (31st). The FCE captain also puts out again against Becker (33′) and David Philipp (37′) because he has the quality to do so.

Männel: “In the first half we put in a decent performance. The red card was a bit unfortunate. There was probably a little ball and a little too much shin. We tried to grab something when we were outnumbered.”

The moment of shock for Aue in the 62nd minute: Schreck hits Jamil Siebert with a frontal tackle. He can continue after a short treatment. Schreck sees red from referee Lars Erbst. FCE is now outnumbered.

And Aue reveals that it cannot call up a suitable plan for such situations either. First Becker scores to make it 1-0 when he picks up a shot blocked by Männel. A little later Koronkiewicz increases to 2:0 with a hand penalty. Ulrich Taffertshofer had previously received a ball on his right arm – the penalty is an optional decision. Lankford’s 3-0 is an encore for winners who ultimately deserved their full extent.

Aue interim coach Carsten Müller: “We received the decisions against us. The referee must have thought of something. We were playing well until the red card. We’re not taking the head down now. We’re gathering ourselves and preparing for the game against Duisburg on Tuesday.”
