Graphics card manufacturer Zephyr has made a major innovation by bringing the RTX 4070 into a compact form. The new ITX Sakura Blizzard model has only a single fan and dual slot structure. The device offers the performance of RTX 4070, one of the best graphics cards on the market, in compact sizes, allowing it to easily fit into mini ITX cases.

Zephyr introduced its new graphics card on China’s video streaming platform BiliBili. The dimensions of the card are 172mm x 123mm x 42mm, making it small enough to fit even the smallest mini ITX cases. For comparison, Nvidia’s Founder Edition RTX 4070 measures 240mm x 110mm x 40mm, and third-party options can often have larger cooling configurations.
The real success of the RTX 4070 ITX Sakura Blizzard model lies in its length. Because it uses only a single fan, it is much shorter than the dual- and triple-fan models we usually see. On the other hand, it is slightly higher and wider than the Founder Edition design.
This allows the card to have a larger cooling solution, which runs 8 degrees Celsius cooler than larger designs, providing effective cooling even when running at lower fan speeds.
Zephyr claims that it does not compromise on performance. The company shared 3DMark Fire Strike, Time Spy and Speed Way test results, showing that the RTX 4070 ITX matches Sakura Blizzard’s Founder Edition design. Zephyr is known for its bold designs, and the RTX 4070 ITX Sakura Blizzard continues that tradition. This model, which has features such as pink PCBs, colorful cooling covers and anime characters, is the third model offered by the company with the RTX 40 series.
