Xiaomi’s flagship class new tablets leaked!

Unlike its active role in the smartphone market, Xiaomi is a stagnant brand in the tablet industry. Xiaomi, which launched only two tablets from 2018 to this year, came up with another model under the umbrella of Redmi last month. The company is preparing higher versions of the Redmi Pad, which we also feature on our screens. Here comes the Xiaomi Pad 6 series and its leaks!

Xiaomi Mi Pad 6 series

Xiaomi’s tablet policy, which came out with Mi Pad 4 exactly 4 years ago, was mostly about producing middle segment products. With the Mi Pad 5, which it launched last year, the company started the production of flagship class tablets. The new Mi Pad 6 series are also models developed with the same understanding. For example, Mi Pad 6 Pro is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ processor.

When we look at the flat Xiaomi Pad 6 model, we see a tablet with lower features, but again in the upper segment and stands out with more battery performance.

We are here with Xiaomi’s new tablet, Xiaomi Redmi Pad review video. What does the tablet that offers premium features at an affordable price offer?

What do we know about the Xiaomi Pad 6 series?

The base model, the Xiaomi Pad 6, is codenamed pipa and the model is M82. Powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 870 processor with 7 nanometer production architecture, the tablet comes to the fore with power efficiency rather than high performance. According to estimates, the battery capacity of the device may be 8000mAh, just like the Redmi Pad model.

The M81 model, codenamed Liuqin, aka Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro, has more upgrades than its sibling compared to the previous series. Powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, which goes through Qualcomm’s 4nm production process, the tablet comes with a 120Hz supported AMOLED panel instead of the LCD screen of its predecessor. The screen of the device is 1880×2880 pixels, ie 2.8K resolution.

Both devices have NFC feature as well as pen and keyboard support. Again, we see that both models have a dual camera module on the back. However, there is no clear information about the details of the cameras. Considering that the tablets are still under development, we can say that the launch date will be the spring of 2023 at the earliest. Of course, new leaks about the Xiaomi Pad 6 series will continue to come in the future.
