Xiaomi continues its update work without slowing down. While the company has been updating more entry and mid-segment models lately, on the other hand, it is switching the upper segment devices that it has released with Android 11 to Android 12. Finally, another Xiaomi model has received the Android 12 update.
Xiaomi 12X gets Android 12 update
The affordable 12X model of the Xiaomi 12 series, introduced last year, received the Android 12 update. As it is known, the device came out of the box with the Android 11-based MIUI 13 version, unlike other members of the series. In this context, Xiaomi has released the update for models running the European ROM a while ago.
The Android 12 update has build number V13.0.2.0.SLDEUXM and is 3.1GB in size. It also brings with it the April 2022 security patch. Finally, let’s say that the new version came to Mi Pilot users in the first place, and if there are no problems, it will be opened to general use.
