Technology giant Xiaomi showcased its new series consisting of 12T and 12T Pro. The Pro model of the flagship series draws attention with its camera features. The model, which comes with a 200-megapixel main camera, has the Xiaomi Mega Nights feature special for night shooting. In addition, the main camera will be accompanied by an 8 Megapixel ultra wide angle and 2 Megapixel macro sensor.
The processor seat of the Xiaomi 12T Pro model will be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. The processor, the chipset produced with a 4 nm fabrication process, houses one 3.2 GHz ARM Cortex-X2 (Kryo), three 2.8 GHz ARM Cortex-A710 and four 2.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A510 cores, as well as Adreno graphics unit.
The standard model of the series, the Xiaomi 12T, will have a 108-megapixel sensor as the main camera. The device goes on sale with the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Ultra processor. The processor will be produced with 5nm technology. The processor will use 4 2.85GHz ARM Cortex-A78 and 4 2.0GHz ARM Cortex-A55 cores. Mali-G610 MC6 is preferred for the graphical interface of the device. TSMC will undertake the semiconductor supply of the Dimensity 8100 Ultra model.
