Anyone who wants to give away electrical goods such as the new iPhone or Playstation 5 at Christmas has a hard time: Because computer chips are missing, containers are scarce and truck drivers are urgently needed, we live in a shortage economy. Even so, the stock market is chasing from one record high to the next.
