Teknopark Istanbul 3rd phase new offices are the new R&D building, which is the largest building of the campus, established on an area of 65,000 m², with offices of different sizes from 50 square meters to 3,200 square meters. Both companies that want to grow within Technopark Istanbul and technology companies that want to enter Technopark Istanbul and carry out their projects from outside will be included.
It has been created with the strong ecosystem it is in, the sectoral and academic cooperation opportunities it offers, social facilities such as wet volume and fume hood laboratories, warehouse area, multi-purpose hall, conference halls, and flexible design principles that will meet the different spatial needs of R&D companies.
The building, which was designed taking into account the sustainability criteria, will have an environmentally friendly, recyclable structure, and will be able to meet a significant part of its own energy with solar energy. Deep Technology Center Technopark Istanbul will further expand its position within the great Technology Triangle it is in, with its 3rd phase.
