Whale Flock to Meme Coin: Giant 1.7 Trillion Purchase!

  • While the number of investors of the popular meme coin is increasing, a giant Ethereum whale has made a huge investment of 1.7 trillion.

According to data from the Crypt Eye portal, a large unknown investor in the crypto space called a whale bought 1.713 trillion SHIB coins, equivalent to $22.2 million, last week.

Koinfinans.com As we reported, a large part of the amount of meme coins carried in the transaction, namely 1 trillion SHIB coins, was received to this address, especially in the last 24 hours. After this big purchase, the total number of tokens in the wallet is around 24 trillion SHIB, which equates to $319.2 million.

It is unknown whether this wallet is really the private address of a major investor or is directly linked to the project and Shiba Inu developers. However, this address ranks as the sixth largest whale among all SHIB investors. First up is a “dead wallet” created to burn SHIB coins.

The number of Shiba Inu holders is constantly growing

A careful look at SHIB holders reveals the dynamics of their change in investors. Again, according to Crypt Eye data, Shiba Army, as the Shiba Inu community calls itself, currently has more than 2 million addresses.

At the same time, the number of these investors is constantly increasing: 7,718 new SHIB holders were added to the community last week, and 30,108 new SHIB holders were added last month. In total, the number of new SHIB wallets added over the past summer was 121,000.

If we parallel the price of SHIB, which showed a 22 percent increase in the number of holders in three months, it can be assumed that these wallets are currently in profit.
