The seven-day incidence in Germany is 65.8. The situation in the urban and rural districts is sometimes extremely different. The Eisenach district is the only district in Germany with an incidence of 0. A total of 13 districts have an incidence lower than 20.

In contrast, five districts have an incidence of more than 200. Many places with a particularly high incidence are located in Bavaria on the borders with Austria and the Czech Republic. In Saxony, too, three districts on the German-Czech border have a particularly high incidence.
