The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has sued two companies that provide consultancy services for cryptocurrencies today.
Among the names the SEC has sued Creative Advancement LLC and Edelman Blockchain Advisors LLC is located.
According to the claims made by the SEC, these two companies were offered to investors between February 2017 and May 2021. “false and misleading statements” by giving worth $4.3 million sold securities.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission also added that some investors of Edelman Blockchain Advisors over time persuade them to invest more by a established a pyramid scheme claims.
