US analysts strengthen Deutsche Bank – mood on Wall Street calms down

New York, Dusseldorf The turbulent week on Wall Street ended on a surprisingly positive note. The Dow Jones index of blue chips closed up 0.4 percent and the broader S&P 500 up 0.6 percent at 32,238 and 3,971 points, respectively. The index of the technology exchange Nasdaq rose by 0.3 percent to 12,767 points.

The change in sentiment regarding bank stocks was particularly noteworthy. The papers of Deutsche Bank were temporarily 15 percent in the red, which also depressed the mood at US institutions. JP Morgan, Citigroup and Goldman Sachs shares fell as much as 1.7 percent. Morgan Stanley gave way about three percent. They were able to at least partially make up for the losses at the close of trading. This also applies to Deutsche Bank, which ended the New York trading session down 3.1 percent.
