Up 239%: Whale Contribution Boosts Breast Coin Burn Rate

9Whales caught the attention of crypto investors as they burned and moved their meme coins. A mysterious Shiba Inu whale with 1 billion tokens has permanently removed 20 million SHIB from circulation. On the other hand, in the last 24 hours, 23.8 million meme coins have been burned in mass, and the biggest burn among these transactions was the transaction carried out by the whale in question. The identity of the 20 million SHIB-burning whale remains a mystery.

In addition, the SHIB burn rate increased by about 240% on Thursday. Whales, businesses and retail investors regularly burn SHIB, removing millions of tokens from circulation.

However, despite the massive burns, SHIB has a circulating supply of 549 trillion tokens, making it impossible to burn them all. As such, trillions of tokens are the only reason preventing the Shiba Inu from reaching the $0.01 goal.

At press time, the Shiba Inu is trading at $0.00000918 and is up 2.1% in 24 hours. It’s down 89.3% from its all-time high of $0.00008616, which it reached in October 2021.

Second in the process another whale transferred 41 million XRP tokens worth $15.2 million to a Latin American exchange address.
