Unnoticed danger: Ford recalled 1.2 million vehicles!

Automotive companies can periodically recall some of their vehicles. The biggest reason for this is that some problems that cannot be noticed during the testing and production process occur over time. Finally, Ford recalled more than 1 million vehicles.

Ford recalls 1.2 million vehicles: Brake fluid leak!

Ford Motor company in the USA recalled Ford Fusion and Lincoln MTZ models produced between 2013-2018. Leakage of the brake hydraulic fluids of the vehicles was cited as the reason. This has resulted in roughly 1.2 million vehicle owners flocking to workshops for free maintenance.

Of course, these two vehicles we mentioned are not sold in Turkey. But we know that companies use many parts in different models. For example, the Lotus Evora and Ford Focus use the same electric mirror switch, the Aston Martin DB7 and Mazda Miata use the same interior door handles, the Lamborghini Diablo and Nissan 300ZX use the same headlights, and the Lamborghini Murcielago and Rover 45 use the same climate controllers.

Ford branded vehicles will leave their owners who fail to pay!

Ford branded vehicles will leave their owners who fail to pay!

Ford is taking a very radical measure with the help of autonomous vehicle technology against problems in payment methods.

But these are only the part that users see. When we look at the engine and other technical parts of the vehicle, it is possible to see that the same turbo pipes, computer brains, pistons and many other parts are used in common. Therefore, although the Fusion and MTZ models are not sold in Turkey, we may hear that other models have been recalled recently for the same reason.

Tesla has recalled 3 million 400 thousand vehicles since 2018

The US Road Safety Agency (NTSA) announced in a statement that Tesla will recall more than 362,000 vehicles with fully autonomous driving capability. Of course, this situation has now become normal for Tesla owners. A total of 3 million 400 thousand vehicles have been recalled since 2018.

While the vast majority of these were related to software problems, physical problems arose in many parts, from seat belts to airbag malfunctions to steering wheel and tire attachment points. Of course, there are also simple problems that can be solved with a few screw changes. However, let us state that the record for the recall is in Tesla.
