Classic adventures of Lara Croft, Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered It comes to life again with. Developed by Crystal Dynamics and Aspyr Media, the collection includes three key games that follow the story of the series after its debut on PlayStation. Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation (1999), Tomb Raider: Chronicles (2000) and Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness (2003) will be offered with this collection.
When will Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered be released?
While these games are not considered the best examples of the series, they have an important place in Lara’s development and the expanding scope of the series. While The Last Revelation takes Lara on an exciting adventure in Egypt; Chronicles, on the other hand, offers redesigned chapters that shed light on its past. Although Angel of Darkness struggled with technical problems upon its release, it tried to bring the series to a more open-ended gameplay on PS2.
The remaster works by Aspyr Media bring visible visual improvements, renewed control and options suitable for today’s platforms to all three games. The Last Revelation and Chronicles have been revamped with high-resolution textures for a clearer image.
Extra features include trophies/achievements that offer players new goals and a photo mode to immortalize Lara’s updated adventures.
Crystal Dynamics and Aspyr said that by remastering these important but overlooked Tomb Raider games, they will introduce players to Lara’s early years and the changing aspects of the series.
Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered will meet players on PlayStation, Xbox, Switch and PC platforms on February 14, 2025.
