Presentation trainer Viola Restle has put together the five most important tips that she has tried out herself intensively as a manager in the finance and controlling department.
Tip 1: An intelligent arc of suspense
Whether in the office or at a virtual event: A strong start succeeds when the audience puzzles or gaps in knowledge are revealed, which the speaker then announces to clear up. That makes the audience curious, they also want to know the solution – the attention, assures Restle, is then guaranteed.
