Formerly diesel, today digitization: The world’s largest automotive supplier Bosch urgently needs reinforcement for the company’s transformation. More than 11,000 jobs are advertised worldwide and around 3,600 positions throughout Germany. Is it worth getting started?

In employer rankings, Bosch comes out on top. On the employer rating platform Glassdoor, for example, the traditional Stuttgart group currently ranks eleventh with annual sales of around 80 billion euros. After all, around 13,000 of the approximately 400,000 employees worldwide have given their predominantly positive rating.

And the group can also score points when it comes to salary, onboarding and further training. The Handelsblatt gives an overview of what newcomers can expect.
