Almost two billion euros are missing, but the secretary of Wirecard CEO Markus Braun sets her own priorities. Two large flower bouquets with green, white and pink hydrangeas had to be ordered. Six bouquets for the large dining table, thirteen for different vases, plus “six flower combinations for emergencies”. Cost point: 3927 euros. “That would be the offer of flowers,” writes Braun’s secretary to his wife. The bouquets are used for Braun’s daughter’s birthday. She will be two years old.
