This is how companies want to deal with 3G in the workplace

Dusseldorf Shortly after six, long queues form in front of the Siemens plant in Nuremberg. In order to implement the 3G rule, the industrial group had blocked the ID cards of all employees at the site. The security staff only unlocks the digital access card for those employees who can show their vaccination or recovery certificate.

If you have a negative test with you or do a self-test under supervision, you get access through the turnstile for at least the same day.

For work only with proof: At Siemens in Bavaria, it is already clear what employees throughout the republic will have to be prepared for in the future. Companies are only allowed to let people into offices and production halls who have been vaccinated, recovered or tested negative.

This Thursday, the Bundestag wants to adopt a corresponding amendment to the Infection Protection Act. In Bavaria, 3G has been in place at work since last week.
