If you practice one of the professions that can be found in the exclusive ranking of the Robert Half HR consultancy for the Handelsblatt, your conclusion will probably be positive. The list contains the sixteen professions in which the average salary increases the most from entry-level to experienced professional.
The database is based on several thousand salaries that Robert Half customer companies have agreed with their applicants in 2022. The figures are average values.
The ranking shows that salary increases are not only possible in sectors that are usually considered to be among the “usual suspects”, such as IT. The list also includes financial services jobs and jobs for people with a legal or business background.
