Frankfurt Aareal Bank boss Jochen Klösges had just been hired by the Wiesbaden real estate financier when a group of financial investors expressed an interest in taking over Aareal Bank. In the second attempt, the bidder group Atlantic Bidco has now secured a majority of 84 percent, as the consortium announced on Thursday.
