But now President Volodymyr Zelenskiy broke the consensus. He submitted a motion to dismiss the Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova and the head of the SBU Ivan Bakanov in Parliament. The motion was approved by MPs on the same day. Just a month ago, the President’s Office denied rumors of possible resignations.
