The Law Proposal Concerning the Approval of the Paris Climate Agreement, which was accepted by the Foreign Affairs Committee the other day, was accepted at the General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly.
Last month, President Erdoğan announced that Turkey would ratify the Paris Climate Agreement in a statement after the Cabinet meeting. This agreement, which is expected to lead to huge changes in all sectors in the country, was expected to pass the Turkish Grand National Assembly this month.
Proposal for Approval of the Paris Climate Agreementwas presented to the Turkish Grand National Assembly the other day. The proposal was unanimously submitted to the Foreign Affairs Committee and approved after the meeting in the Environment Committee of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. Thus, the way of the proposal to the General Assembly was opened.

The bill on the Paris Climate Agreement was discussed in the General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly after the commissions. The proposal was accepted unanimously. participating in the voting 353 of 353 deputies accepted the offer.
