With its 7-piece front grille, bulging fenders and angular structure, the Avenger shows everyone that it is a Jeep at first glance. The model, which reveals the SUV character with plenty of aluminum and plastic guards, bears traces of the Renegade and Compass models.

In the SUV model, which has a dual digital display system in the interior, the front console, which has the same color as the outer body, adds a different atmosphere to the cockpit. The infotainment system, which has a 10.25-inch screen, comes with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support. The height of the vehicle’s digital instrument panel can be preferred as 7 to 10.25 inches.

With a length of 4,076 mm, the Avenger is 154 mm shorter than the Renegade, in this sense, it is the new entry level of Jeep. The luggage volume of the new model was announced as 380 liters.

Home to an electric motor that can produce 156 horsepower and 260 Nm of torque under its hood, the Jeep Avenger will be powered by a 54 kWh battery. The batteries placed on the floor of the vehicle will offer the new Avenger a range of 400 kilometers according to WLPT data. It is stated that this value can go up to 550 kilometers in urban usage where electric vehicles are more efficient.

The battery of the new electric SUV model can be increased from 20 percent to 80 percent in 24 minutes with a 4-wire 100 kW Mode 4 fast charge. It was also stated that this system provides a range of 30 kilometers to Avengar with a 3-minute charge. With the 11 kW Mode 3 charger, it takes 5.5 hours to fully charge the vehicle.

On the other hand, Jeep announced that it will also offer the Avenger with a turbocharged gasoline engine in Europe. It wouldn’t be a surprise to see the 1.2 Puretech engine under the hood of the Jeep Avenger.

The Jeep Avenger will be produced at Stellantis’ factory in Tychy, Poland, following recent investments. The new model will hit the road in 2023. Jeep envisions the Avenger to be the best-selling model in the brand’s portfolio.
