The E-VW should cost less than 40,000 euros

Dusseldorf Contrary to the announcement by Volkswagen boss Oliver Blume, Germany’s largest carmaker will be offering its most important electric car cheaper than before. The ID.3 should soon be available again for less than 40,000 euros, as the Handelsblatt learned from company circles.

According to the VW configurator, the starting price of the ID model is currently 43,995 euros. Volkswagen presented a facelift of its important E-model on Wednesday, but did not name any prices. These should be communicated by the end of April at the latest when advance sales start. Volkswagen therefore did not want to comment further on the pricing.
