Against this decision, the parties have the right to appeal within 3 days.

The court also pointed out that the case required authorities in Belgium to verify the authenticity of the travel documents Kwon and Han had in their possession, noting that the defendants could be sentenced to up to five years in prison if their authenticity could not be verified.
