Berlin For four years, Gustav Rummer* worked as a traffic manager in a larger corporation without ever receiving any feedback on his work. His salary was right – but he didn’t know whether he was doing his job well. “He always behaved calmly, but got stuck in the wrong habits,” says organizational consultant Stefanie Rätker, who consulted Rummer for coaching in Berlin. When the situation became clear to him, he pulled the ripcord.
