TAAL, which provides infrastructure for blockchain technology, has purchased a nearly 5,600 square foot facility in Canada to mine bitcoin (BTC).
TAAL has reached an agreement with the company to acquire all shares of Chief Fuels Inc., according to a statement released on Tuesday.
In line with this agreement, TAAL, which has become the owner of a facility in New Brunswick, Canada, will cooperate with NB Power to supply 50 megawatts of energy to the facility.
The Canadian company has developed devices capable of providing up to 2 EH/s of production power at this facility. with clean energy sources plans to operate.
TAAL has a gross revenue of $12.4 million in the third quarter, with approximately 69,000 Bitcoin SVs (BSVs) on its balance sheet, according to yesterday’s report.
