Losing a child is heartbreaking for a mother. Had to have this terrible experience Simone Mecky-Ballack (45) make – her son Emilio († 18) died in August in a tragic quad accident in front of the family villa in Portugal. In the midst of her deep grief, Simone found the strength to thank a special confidante who stood by her side during the most difficult hours.
In an emotional Instagram post, Michael Ballack’s ex-wife (45) turns to her friend Noura Elmassaoudi and writes: “My dear friend Noura, today I just want to say thank you. You were by my side during the hardest hours of my life. You did not hesitate and traveled to Portugal with your husband and children … you brought us food and looked after us every day. Just hugged me and we cried together … “
It is unimaginable through what deep valley of grief the Ballacks have to go, so it is particularly important to have close and beloved friends around you. Simone Ballack also thanks Noura for taking care of things that she could not and did not want to take care of herself.
REVIEW: Emilio Ballack had just graduated from Munich International School in Berg am Starnberger See. Then he was vacationing with his brothers Louis (19) and Jordi (16) and dad Michael (44) in the family villa on the Portuguese peninsula of Troia when the terrible accident occurred. On August 5th at 2:07 a.m. Emilio had an accident with his quad bike and died of his serious injuries.
Simone Mecky-Ballack also writes in her loving letter to her best friend that Emilio always had the best friends and that he had this in common with his mother. BILD knows that Noura Elmassaoudi and Simone Mecky-Ballack met in Noura’s Munich boutique and have known each other for around 15 years.
At the end, Simone pays her friend a dear compliment: “Pretty people like you often have the reputation of being superficial, but you are proof of how beautiful you can be outside AND inside. Ich liebe dich.”
