The end of the road appeared in the ongoing XRP lawsuit between the SEC and Ripple, which made a lot of noise. Experts began to evaluate the possible consequences of the case.
Legal experts said they think Ripple is more likely to win the case.
Charles Gasparino from Fox Business announced the information he received from sources close to the senior executives of Ripple Labs in a post on his twitter account.
Gasparino stated that they think that only Ripple’s business within the USA is the one who suffers in this lawsuit filed against Ripple Labs by the SEC.
Gasparino stated that although Ripple is based in the USA, it continues to develop overseas, apart from the USA.
Ripple continues to work to expand its business in countries such as Japan, UK, Africa, and Latin America, and for hassle-free, cheap, fast remittances and payments for on-demand and freelancers.
Gasparino also stated that the SEC’s stance towards Ripple and other crypto companies actually contributed to Ripple’s success outside the US.
BREAKING: People close to @Ripple say while the @SEC_Enforcement case over XRP has hurt its domestic we, it’s business is thriving overseas, further proof the @SECGov crypto enforcement agenda is forcing innovation to occur outside the US. Story developing
