Samsung, which draws attention with its artificial intelligence features on the Android side, managed to expand these features with the One UI 6.1.1 update. The update, announced with the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6, has finally started to be released for Galaxy devices before 2022. But there are many shortcomings in the features. Here are the details…
Missing artificial intelligence features to pre-2022 Galaxy phones with One UI 6.1.1 update
One UI 6.1.1 update, the new version of One UI 6.1, which is among the most important and exciting updates released by Samsung, was released on the first day of October for Galaxy devices introduced before 2022. The update, which was previously released only for 2022-2024 models, comes with missing features, even though it is old.
While the UI 6.1.1 update normally brings many artificial intelligence features, no Galaxy AI features were included in the update notes published for pre-2022 models. The One UI 6.1 update only brought one feature, but the 6.1.1 update did not even add a feature.
It is also stated that this update may only be available for foldable phones before 2022. These features may differ with the One UI 7.0 update based on Android 15. Here are all Galaxy phones and tablets receiving the One UI 6.1.1 update:
- Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra
- Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra
- Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra

- Galaxy Z Fold 4
- Galaxy Z Fold 3
- Galaxy Z Flip 5
