After two difficult Corona years, the Greek tourism industry wants to build on the record series of the pre-crisis era in 2022. This is also boosting the market for holiday properties. Nevertheless, the prices are still comparatively cheap. This also makes holiday properties in Hellas interesting as investment properties.
