Rödl & Partner takes on the audit of the annual financial statements

Take a deep breath in the real estate group: Although little is happening on construction sites like in Düsseldorf, after months of searching, the group reports that it can mandate a new auditor.

Dusseldorf, Berlin The Adler Group was left without an auditor for almost a year. Now one of the largest auditing companies in the country is to take on the delicate mandate. The group announced on Monday evening that Rödl & Partner had agreed to audit the 2022 annual financial statements of Adler Real Estate AG. The Berlin company is the most important subsidiary of the Adler Group. Rödl & Partner could not initially be reached for a statement.

“Adler is thus taking another important step in the direction of stabilization and risk reduction,” said Stefan Kirsten, Chairman of the Board of Directors, according to the announcement. On Monday, Rödl & Partner announced their willingness to take on the mandate. Now a general meeting or the registry court must decide on the appointment.
