Allegedly, the ministry will impose very serious fines on citizens who do not comply with this restriction. However, there is no information about the amount of this fine.

According to the new regulation; Persons engaged in the trade of second-hand vehicles will not be able to sell vehicles before 6 months or 6,000 km from the first registration date of automobiles and off-road vehicles before July 1, 2023. However, the Ministry of Commerce may extend this period up to six months. Vehicles registered from the date of entry into force of the new regulation (from today) will be able to be sold until September 15, 2022 without being stuck with the new regulation.
