Redmi Note 11S will debut on February 9
Redmi India Twitter account recently announced the date when Note 11S will be showcased. Accordingly, the smartphone codenamed Miel will be introduced at the event to be held on February 9. It is not yet clear when the device will arrive in global markets.
Redmi Note 11S will come with an AMOLED panel that offers 90 Hz refresh rate. Although it is not clear for now, the screen is expected to have FHD + resolution and Gorilla Glass 5 protection technology.
On the processor side, the MediaTek processor used in mid-segment devices will be used. The model of the chipset is also unknown, as there is limited information about the device.
The smartphone, which will be available in three different variants, 6 GB RAM / 64 GB, 6 GB RAM / 128 GB and 8 GB RAM / 128 GB, will run the Android 12-based MIUI 13 interface, which has already started to be sent to Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco devices in global markets.
While there is a 13 Megapixel selfie camera positioned in the form of a dot on the front, there will be a quad camera setup consisting of a 108 Megapixel Samsung HM2 main camera, 8 Megapixel Sony IMX3555 ultra wide angle and 2 Megapixel OV2a OmniVision macro and 2 Megapixel depth sensor.
