Unterfoehring ProSiebenSat.1 boss Rainer Beaujean has surprisingly resigned as CEO. Bert Habets – previously a member of the Supervisory Board – will take over the post on November 1st, as the group announced on Monday in Unterföhring near Munich. Beaujean is going by “mutual agreement with the board of directors”.
Habets has been a member of the supervisory board since May 2022. The native Dutchman has “sound experience in the management of global media companies as well as comprehensive know-how in the introduction and expansion of video streaming services,” it said.
