The new Sony model uses a back-illuminated 20.1 megapixel APS-C EXMOR R CMOS sensor in the popular Super 35 format. Additionally, the sensor is built with a dual base ISO of 800 and 2500 and a dynamic range of 14+ stops. In addition, the device can be used as a webcam with its USB input.
