The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has stepped up its efforts to crack down on pirated streaming of the Paris 2024 Olympics. According to a report by a torrent site, the IOC has sent more than 5,000 takedown notices to Google in the past few weeks targeting pirate live streaming sites.

TorrentFreak analyzed the DMCA takedown notices and found that there were no torrent sites in this category. However, there were many social media accounts and websites that were broadcasting pirated content.
