As one of the first brands to offer sports SUV models to automobile enthusiasts, BMW has accelerated its work for the X6 M. A photo of the facelift BMW X6 M LCI being tested on the Nurburgring track has leaked. The model, whose spy photo is shared, is quite ambitious in performance.

Planning to produce only electric vehicles in the medium term, BMW will launch the last BMW X6 model with an internal combustion engine. The electric motor conversion, which will start with the new generation X3 M, also covers the X5 and X6 M models.
When the facelift X6 M LCI launches, the XM will feature the S68 engine found in the X7 M60i and 760i. The performance of the S68, which has a volume of 4.4 liters, exceeds expectations thanks to its twin-turbo and V8 engine block. The engine, which is also seen in the BMW X7 M60i, is perfectly compatible with the ZF transmission.

According to the leaked information, BMW will get more than 600 horsepower with small touches in the standard S68 engine. Analysts estimate that the BMW X6 M LCI will produce 620 horsepower.
Looking at the leaked images, apart from the new rear bumper design, there are no radical changes outside the vehicle. The facelift X6 M LCI, which is stated to switch to iDrive 8 in the cockpit section, will be offered to customers with a dual-screen panel.
The model, which is known to come with a 12.3-inch digital display on the driver’s side, will feature a 14.9-inch touchscreen for the infotainment system. All the settings of the vehicle will be made on the infotainment system screen, which is quite large.
