Sony officially announced the PlayStation VR2 (PSVR 2) PC adapter. This adapter makes this title, which is exclusive to PlayStation 5, also available on PCs. The adapter will be released on August 7. So how much will the price be? Here are the details…
Sony PlayStation VR2 PC adapter is coming in August! Which games will it support?
Sony recommends that this adapter all Steam VR games states that he will support it. Including big names like Half-Life: Alyx. However, in order to play these games on PC, DisplayPort cable will be needed. You will also need to have a Steam account. You can check out the minimum system requirements below.
Sony explains that the PlayStation VR2 headset was designed specifically for PS5, so some features will not be available for PC. HDR, title feedback, eye tracking, adaptive triggers, and haptic feedback (excluding other vibrations) will not be available on PC.

We reviewed Sony’s new Playstation VR2 model at the CES 2023 event with games specifically offered for virtual reality glasses.
However, high resolution and sensory features such as 4K visuals (2000 x 2040 pixels per eye), 110-degree field of view, finger touch detection, interlaced imaging and foveated rendering (without eye tracking) will be supported on PC. Additionally, 3D sound will be available in supported games.
Sony confirmed earlier this year that PC support would come to PlayStation VR2, but did not give an exact date. Now, we know that this adapter will be released in August. This announcement comes nearly a year after PSVR 2’s launch.
