The giant name of the game world Electronic Arts, the game will be able to understand whether you are playing well or badly and patented a system that could regulate controls accordingly. Of course, since this system is only a patent, it is not known for sure whether it will be integrated into games.

EA actually applied for its patent, which was officially approved today, towards the end of 2020. So, in what ways does the envisaged system plan to help the players? Let’s look at the details of the technology.

How does the system work?

EA’s new technology will track the inputs players provide during gameplay (which keys/buttons they press), and will try to determine the user’s skill level. It will then make various changes to the control settings to make the user play the game more comfortably.

According to the information in the images in the patent, these adjustments, from mouse/controller sensitivity to UI can reach. It is not yet known whether the technology patented by EA will be used by other developers. EA offers some of the various technologies it patents to developers for free.
