NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 mobile series GPUs leaked

NVIDIA continues to work on the next generation GeForce RTX 50 series graphics cards. The latest information leaked to the internet revealed the RTX 50 mobile series. The new details of mobile Blackwell laptop graphics cards seem to please gamers.

The leaked information stems from a ransomware attack on a laptop manufacturer. It was stated that the manufacturer named Clevo created a road map for NVIDIA graphics cards that have not been introduced yet. It is thought that this road map belongs to the RTX 50 series.

According to the documents, the new RTX 50 mobile series will not use the GN21 chips in existing graphics cards. Accordingly, it will be developed on a generation upgraded GN22 PCB. There appeared to be six new Blackwell models between the two GN22 PCB chips.

NVIDIA is switching to a new card design with the RTX 5090. The company will divide the main module into three and can include 32GB VRAM.

The top-end models, called GN22-X11 and GN22-X9, are thought to correspond to the GeForce RTX 5090 and RTX 5080. Both models will have 16GB GDDR7 memory. This means it will be faster than the 16GB and 12GB GDDR6 memory found on the RTX 4090 and RTX 4080.

Also on the list is the GN22-X (RTX 5080) with 12GB VRAM. The GN22-X6 and GN22-X4 models seem to target the RTX 5070 and 5060, which have 8GB of memory, similar to the previous models. Finally, the GN22-X2 may launch as an RTX 5050 with 8GB VRAM.

The leak also revealed that popular graphics cards such as RTX 4050 will continue until 2025, without replacing Blackwell for now. The new generation mobile series is expected to be unveiled in the coming months.
