The world’s largest stock market bitcoin whaleafter processing a series of large transactions earlier this month, now owns over $2 billion in BTC.
According to crypto data platform BitInfoCharts, the whale has added 2,554 BTC in a series of transactions since June 14.
Between June 14 and 18, the whale bought 1,698 BTC worth 36.62 million. Since then, the whale has accumulated 856 BTC worth 17.35 million.
At the time of this writing, BTC was trading at $21.198.
The richest over-the-counter whale currently holds a total of 130,227 BTC, or 0.68% of the available balance. It is the third largest Bitcoin whale in the world after wallets from Binance and Bitfinex crypto exchanges.

Santiment said that the increase in the number of whales holding more than 10,000 BTC began in February, when the increase in the number of addresses between 10 and 10,000 BTC began earlier this month.
“As markets have been suppressed, there has been an increase in the amount of larger Bitcoin addresses spawning on the network. Addresses with 10 to 10,000 BTC increased in decline two weeks ago, and more than 10,000 addresses have increased since February.”
